    Line Technology

Screening technology has a major role in processing and recycling technology in order to carry out subsequent processes efficiently and to achieve a high productivity.

By using sieves, input materials can be classified according to their particle size. The production of defined particle size ranges enables optimal functioning of subsequent process steps. Our different screen types offer a wide range of possible applications. These techniques can be used both, for the separation of fine particles and for difficult tasks, such as screening of moist input materials that are difficult to screen.

The modules of the product group SCREEN include flip-flop screens, 3D screens, finger screens, wire mesh screens and combinations of them.

    Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: What is the purpose of screening technology in recycling and processing?
A: Screening technology is used to classify input materials by particle size, ensuring efficient downstream processing and high productivity in recycling and material separation.

Q: What types of screening systems are available?
A: We offer flip-flop screens, 3D screens, finger screens, wire mesh screens, and hybrid combinations to handle different material types and processing requirements.

Q: What materials can be screened with these systems?
A: These screens are designed for fine particle separation, as well as challenging materials like moist, sticky, or irregularly shaped input materials that are difficult to screen with conventional methods.

Q: How does screening improve processing efficiency?
A: By producing defined particle size ranges, screening ensures optimal function of subsequent process steps, reducing material waste and increasing efficiency.

Q: Can different screen types be combined for better results?
A: Yes, customized combinations of different screen types can be used to maximize efficiency for specific material processing challenges.

    Versatile, secure and efficient

Two-stage magnetic drum separation for sorting of strong and weak magnetic particles, all modular and pre installed in container, for ease of movement and installation.

The MAGNET DRUM consists of a two-stage magnetic drum separator for separating out any magnetic particles from a material stream.

Because the strengths of the two magnetic systems can be selected and they can be switched active or inactive as required, this module is very flexible and can always be adapted to the desired input material. Due to the double magnetic separation, higher purities can be achieved at the same high throughputs.

    BENEFITS

    • Strengths of the magnetic drum separators can be selected
    • Automated splitting edges
    • Robust and compact solution
    • Perfect dosing via vibrating feeders with unbalanced drives
    • Low maintenance

    Frequently Asked Questions:
