Car Dismantler Excavator

Traditional methods of removing engine and parts from end-of-life vehicles can be labour intensive and costly, in many cases making the process economically unviable. The Powerhand VRS system was porpusly built for the application, allowing operators to quickly, safely and efficiently dismantle parts and material from scrap cars.

The Powerhand VRS is the ultimate combination of power and dexterity. The grapple features a slender, plier-like shape providing an unbroken line of sight from the operator to the vehicle, allowing valuable materials such as the copper wiring loom to be extracted from even the tightest of areas. High power hydraulic cylinders and high torque rotation unit give the VRS the power to effortlessly dissect the vehicle. The Powerhand VRS is the ultimate tool for any car wrecking yard

Available in different sizes, the VRS system can be fitted on 14 and 20 tonner excavators, independent from the brand and model. As long as the excavator is equipped with the hydraulic requirements for the VRS system, we can easily retrofit the VRS system on your excavator of choice.

While the VRS140 offers a more basic system for 14 tonners, the VRS200 is the top of the range system mainly suitable for 20 tonners. The VRS system offers great flexibility in operation and many useful tools for copper cable cleaning and engine splitting

The VRS Auto Dismantler has been successfully operating all over the world and now proudly distributed in Australia by Machinery Specialist.
